Artfully designed by award-winning HKS Architects, the interior spaces of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Portland are a timeless and modern interpretation of elegance, maintaining the level of polish one expects from The Ritz-Carlton, with a fresh, regional influence that is distinctly forward-looking.
Inside your personal private refuge, you are surrounded by highly curated materials selected to reflect a warm, natural environment. Subtle colors define generous spaces. Every detail is carefully considered to capture unique elements of the Pacific Northwest, while creating graceful transitions between spaces.
Local designers Winn Winn Interiors fitted the Penthouses on floors 32 and 33 with select but significant finish upgrades. Building upon the themes of the Residences, each Penthouse is outfitted with upgraded flooring, marbled-finish quartz kitchen countertops, and additional lighting details that highlight specific spaces. All Penthouses also come equipped with powered sunshades and are finished in one of these two color palettes:

A: GLACIER
‍Glacier Finish Palette is an upgraded version of the Coastal package. Curated to capture the light and color of the majestic glaciers found throughout the Cascade Mountains, this finish package features a light-colored premium Oak floor to compliment the Pedini Ivory Oak cabinetry, a marbled-finish quartz kitchen countertop, and pendant lighting throughout to accentuate the space.

B: FOREST
‍An upgraded version of our Mountain package, Forest Finish Palette complements the Revere Carbone finish of the Pedini Arke Line Oak cabinets with a dark-stained, premium Oak floor. Forest also features an upgraded, marbled-finish quartz kitchen countertop with chandelier and pendant lighting throughout to accentuate spaces and add ambience for changing moods throughout the day.
